All-Star Nomination Instructions and Guidelines
1) The Athlete can only be nominated by her High School Varsity Coach
2) The Varsity Coach must be a member in good standing of GHVCA
3) All Stars MUST BE SENIORS
4) Coaches may submit a maximum of three (3) all-star nominees
5) No more than 3 athletes from the same school can be named to the All-Star teams
6) All-Stars will be selected and placed on one of four teams Houston North, Houston South, Houston East, and Houston West.
7) Prior to the nomination of an athlete the coach must confirm that the nominee if selected can be present for all the all-star orientations, practices, and all-star tournament proceedings. Players unable to commit to the GHVCA All-Star Policy should not be nominated. The All-Star Position is a great honor which should be respected by adhering to the policies of GHVCA.
8) Coaches must be a GHVCA member by Nov. 1, 2010 to be eligible to nominate all- stars. Deadline to submit nominations is Nov. 15, 2010.
